Well, It's only been over 2 years since my last blog post. And one (of my many) New Years Resolutions was to become a better blogger! (Mainly because I am jealous when I look at other people's blogs that I don't have the same thing and because I would be able to look back and easily be reminded of the great memories my little family is making.) So speaking of New Year's Resolutions I really haven't written then down anywhere to make them official they are just all in my head.....
So here is a few of them:
1. Start Working Out....I have been paying for a gym membership that I haven't used since before we got married (2006!). (Don't tell Jake bc he's kind of a tight ass and if he knew I (he) was paying for an unused membership he might have a coronary.) Well, I decided enough was enough and signed up at the new gym (old one closed) and dove in head first and signed up with a trainer. So far I have really enjoyed it, I will take that back, Love it! My kids love to go to the nursery, I like the fact that I am doing something for myself and this trainer is totally kicking my butt! He started having me use these gravity machines, Love It! Except for the fact that on a normal day you don't really pay attention to certain parts of your body... for instance your underarms. Really the only time I think about them is to put deodorant on in the morning....well needless to say, they are on FIRE! I didn't realize those muscles could hurt SO bad. This morning I had to syke myself up to just get dressed, it is painful!
2. I have recently fell in love with "The Pioneer Woman". Her cookbook is fabulous and her website is even better! So one of my other resolutions is to make all of her recipes in her book. (And yes, any of you who know who I am talking about know that this resolution totally contradicts the first one....) So I will try to blog about each one that I make then you can go to her website and try them for yourself!
3. Stop spending money! (Well, on ridiculous things that is...) I have started to limit myself to one Target trip a week. And try to go to the grocery store only once a week also. Jake and I have a little bet going to see what the credit card bill is this month....:)
4. Be a kinder more considerate less selfish person. Don't really need to explain that one just want to be more conscious of my actions and the words that come out of my mouth!
Well, that's all for now! Let's see how I do on this whole blogging thing!

The Best $60 We have Ever Spent!!
We decided the night before we were to leave for Turks that we needed to figure out a way to have some tunes on the beach....well Target came thru for us in an unimaginable way..... "THE BOOMBASTIC" (this was my nickname for the ipod docking station) This thing is no bigger than a clutch purse and I'm telling you it puts out some rock'n tunes!! We will never leave home without it. And yes this is a picture of my Totally 80's husband rocking out to AC/DC!! Too Funny. .jpg)

Sorry!
Ok all you blog stalkers..... I have to appologize, I'm a bad mom and a bad blogger... I haven't updated my blog forever and I am going to try to do better! It's been a crazy couple of months and if I told you my reasoning behind why I haven't updated it you would all probably laugh..... ok, well my hubby got me a blackberry and I swear that is the whole reason I haven't been updating. Basically I can do everything with my email etc from the dang blackberry, so with that I hardly ever sit down at my computer anymore. AND... I have been trying to convince Jake that I need a laptop so that I can be more mobile along with the Gman but so far that hasn't been going so well. So wish me luck!!
